Look after one district's public record: attend or record meetings, upload agendas and minutes, approve the district's records requests (they go out in your name), and keep its checklist current.

Kept private, never published. Do you, or a close relative, work for or hold a role with the district, its developer or its consultants? That doesn't rule you out; it just needs to be known.
